About Shipping Methods

If the order processing method is "Ships Now," we will process the order for shipment.
All orders ship from Japan by Japan Post. The shipping methods available for your destination and order weight (such as surface mail or air mail) are shown at checkout. Please read the product page carefully.
Depending on the items, your order may be shipped together in one parcel or in separate parcels (for example, when items are stored in different warehouses). The shipping cost you pay is the amount shown at checkout.

Regarding Shipping Restrictions

There may be size restrictions on the items that can be shipped. These restrictions may be set by your country's postal service. Additionally, it may be physically impossible to ship multiple large items in one box. In such cases, the order may need to be shipped in multiple packages. We reserve the right to split orders into multiple packages as needed.

Import duties & taxes

United States: U.S. import duties are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. We prepay the duties when we ship your order (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

All other countries: Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Depending on your destination country, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), customs fees, or handling charges may be applied on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Rates and rules vary from country to country, so please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

European Union: Since July 1, 2026, low-value parcels (under €150) are no longer exempt from customs duty in the EU. VAT and a customs duty (from €3) may apply even to small orders.
