How does the $49 request work?
It pays for the research on a specific item or category. If you place an order, the $49 is fully credited toward it.
Can you source something not listed?
Yes. Naming a category above is just a starting point — describe what you want and we'll check if it can be sourced and exported.
How do you ship?
Sea freight and international parcel from Japan. We quote the landed method that fits your quantity and timeline.
What about brand / export restrictions?
