Important Notes for Placing an Order

Before placing an order for our products, please carefully read and understand our Terms of Service. Product orders are only accepted through our website. Orders placed via email, phone, or fax will not be accepted.

1. Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart

Once you've found the products you wish to order, please click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.

2. View your shopping cart or proceed to checkout

If you want to view the contents of your cart, click the "View Cart" button.
If you've finished shopping and want to proceed to checkout, click the "Checkout" button.

3. Creating a new account (for new customers only)

New customers need to fill out the required information in the form and register for an account. After filling out the necessary details in the form, click the "Create" button. You will receive an email confirming the completion of your account registration at the email address you provided.
Customers who are not yet logged in need to log in before proceeding to Step 4.

4. Entering the Shipping Address

On this page, you will enter your shipping information. For customers who have entered their information in the past, the shipping details will already be pre-filled. If you have multiple shipping addresses, please select your preferred shipping destination.
If you prefer to use Express Checkout, please choose your preferred method. Your order details will be displayed on the right side of the page, so please ensure that the items and quantities are correct.
If everything looks good, click the "Continue to Shipping" button.

5. Selecting the Shipping Method

On this page, you will see the calculated shipping fee and available shipping methods. Please choose a shipping method if there are multiple options available. If there are no choices, only surface mail will be available.
If everything looks good, click the "Continue to Payment" button.

6. Payment

On this page, please select your preferred payment method. Review the order details displayed on the right side of the page carefully and make any necessary changes. Payments for in-stock items are processed immediately, so make sure your order is correct before clicking the "Pay Now" button. We strongly recommend checking and double-checking your order details first.
When you are ready, click "Pay Now" to complete your order.

7. Thank You

Your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is entered into our system, we will send you an Order Confirmation or Order Acknowledgment via email. Please wait a while for the arrival of the products.
