What you can choose from:

• Stones supplied with a plastic base, which holds the stone steady on a wet counter. Most of the range comes this way.
• Finishing stones for the last stage, when you want a clean edge rather than fast removal.
• Carving tool stones in #1000 and #4000, for chisels, plane blades and carving tools.
• A double sided combination stone, with a coarser side to bring back a dull edge and a finer side to finish.
• A diamond plate for flattening a stone that has dished, and for harder steels.

We sell single pieces to individual buyers, and wholesale quantities to kitchen retailers, tool shops, restaurants and sharpening services. Orders travel from Japan, so please allow for international transit time.
