The hugely popular Japanese TV anime, My Hero Academia, features Hawks, a beloved character who plays a crucial role in supporting the battles against villains!
Through the rigorous sculpting and articulation techniques honed by Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, this figure perfectly captures the character's cool demeanor and dynamic aerial action, just as seen in the film.
His unique ability is [Rigid Wings], which allows him to combine ultra-high-speed movement with delicate maneuvers.
The large wings on its back are constructed by adding a third wing, which is articulated via a ball joint, to two wing parts connected by a movable joint. This achieves both a thick, voluminous feel when closed and a beautiful, seamless silhouette when spread. The realistic sculpting of each individual feather is also a must-see.
The launch effect parts for [Rigid Wings] are sculpted to depict feathers flying in a comic-book style, leaving a trail of light. Furthermore, it comes with parts that allow for a wide range of applications of its unique characteristics, such as large feathers that can be used as handheld weapons like swords, an effect sheet depicting feathers floating around, and wing coverts that remain after all the feathers have been launched.
The figure comes with three interchangeable facial expressions: a normal closed-mouth smile, an open-mouth smile for conversation scenes, and a serious glaring face. Furthermore, interchangeable eye parts allow you to change the direction of the gaze, including up, down, left, right, and diagonally.
The bangs can be swapped to allow for the attachment and removal of sunglasses, and a pair of handheld sunglasses is also included, allowing you to recreate various expressions from the show through different poses.
